English-speaking Professional Organizer in Stuttgart for expat families
Has your home collected more than your new life in Germany can comfortably hold?
German paperwork, children’s belongings, winter clothes for every possible temperature and boxes that were only supposed to stay for a few weeks can quietly take over.
I help expats and international families declutter and organize one area of their home at a time. Together, we create practical places that make sense for your family and the way you actually live.
You do not need to tidy up before I arrive. If you did, I would miss all the useful clues. 😉
3 hours in your home | personal preparation | 7 days of WhatsApp support
Your home abroad carries more than furniture
Some things came with you from your previous home. Others have survived several moves. Then there are school letters, contracts, children’s clothes and all the things kept “just in case” because replacing them in another country feels complicated.
Every object had a reason to enter your home. That does not mean it needs to stay forever.
We choose one area and look at what you still use, what matters to you and what has been waiting for a decision for far too long.
Before buying more storage, let’s give your current space a proper chance
A new cabinet can hold more things. It cannot decide what your family still needs or explain where everything should go.
During the session, we empty the area, sort what belongs together and use your existing furniture and containers first.
Pretty boxes are welcome, but they need a job description. Otherwise, they simply make the clutter look more photogenic. 😉
Less time spent searching: you can find what you need and see what is already in your cupboards.
Clear places for the whole family: children and other adults can find and put things away without asking you every time.
A better overview before shopping: you can check what you already own and avoid buying certain things twice.
“She offers so many ideas, respects what you want and never pushes anything on you. She always looks for solutions that fit.”
Marcela M. – Stuttgart
Where we can start
Everyday spaces
Kitchen, entryway, wardrobe, bathroom, basement, home office or the cupboard that has quietly taken on far too many responsibilities.
Children’s and baby rooms
We sort clothes, toys and care products and create places that children can understand. A baby room can be beautiful, but it also needs to work at three in the morning.
Paperwork and home office
We organize bills, contracts, school documents and important papers so you can find them again and continue using the system yourself.
Before and after a move
Before moving, we decide what really deserves to travel with you. Afterward, I help you set up the essential areas before the boxes become permanent housemates.
What happens before, during and after the session?
1. Before our appointment
You send me a few photos and tell me what is not working. Together, we choose a realistic goal for our three hours.
2. In your home
We sort, make decisions and create places that fit your routines. I work alongside you throughout the session and help when a decision feels difficult.
3. After the session
You receive a personal summary with the next steps. You can also message me on WhatsApp for seven days with questions or small adjustments.
Your 3-hour home organizing session: €270
The price includes:
- preparation based on your photos and our agreed goal
- three hours of practical support in your home
- help with decluttering and making decisions
- an organizing system that fits your family
- using your existing furniture and containers first
- a personal summary and seven days of WhatsApp support
If a product would genuinely improve the result after decluttering, I will recommend something suitable.
Each additional hour booked for the same day costs €80.
We cannot organize an entire home in three hours. We choose one area where you will notice a real difference afterward.
That could be an entryway, a wardrobe, a play area, part of the kitchen, a baby room or the first step toward organizing your paperwork.
What my clients say
“Great experience! Cecília helped me organise, and now my apartment feels much calmer.”
Kyle F., Stuttgart
“My partner is very pleased as well, since I used to claim 80% of our space before! Thank you, Ciça!”
Juliana H., Ulm
Bonjour, bonjour! I’m Cecília. 🥐
I’m Brazilian, a mom and an expat who has lived in Germany for more than twenty years. I work as a Professional Organizer in Stuttgart and the Rems-Murr area.
And no, I was not naturally organized. I used to reorganize my wardrobe every few months, only to lose things and buy items I already had at home shortly afterward.
I spent a few months in the United States improving my English. Today, I especially enjoy working with people who know what it means to build a life between different languages and cultures.
I am certified in the KonMari™ and Clutterbug® approaches and am part of Inspired Organizer, a US-based network for professional organizers.
I do not arrive with one system that everyone must follow. We find what can genuinely work in your home.
Frequently asked questions
Which part of your home is taking up too much of your time?
Tell me what is currently not working. It can be the kitchen, your children’s room, the basement, a wardrobe, paperwork or an upcoming move.
You do not need to write the perfect explanation. A few honest sentences are enough.
I read every message personally and will tell you how I can help.
