English Speaking Professional Organizer in Stuttgart
Home organizing and decluttering in Stuttgart for expats and international families. Practical help for kitchens, kids rooms, moves and paperwork.
Living abroad already asks a lot from you.
New systems, new paperwork, new routines, German winters, smaller apartments, boxes from the move, school letters, kids stuff and that one drawer full of cables nobody wants to discuss.
At some point, your home may stop supporting your daily life and start asking for too much energy.
I help English speaking expats and international families in Stuttgart, Schorndorf, Waiblingen and the Rems Murr area declutter, organize and use their homes in a way that fits real family life.
You do not need to tidy before I come.
Really.
I am not coming as a guest. I am coming to help.

What changes at home
Your mornings feel less like a search mission.
You know what you already have, so you buy less twice.
Your children understand better where things belong.
Your kitchen, entryway, wardrobe or kids room finally works with your daily routine, not against it.
Bonjour, bonjour! 🥐
I’m Cecília.
I am Brazilian, a mom and a Professional Organizer based near Stuttgart.
I lived in the United States for a few months to learn English, and that experience still stays with me. I met so many different and interesting people during that time, and I think it opened something in me that never really closed.
My favorite cities in the US are Washington DC, Seattle and San Francisco. Each one for a different reason. All of them wonderful.
And yes, the Grand Canyon has a very special place in my heart too: my husband proposed to me there. ♥️
These days I do not speak English as much as I would like to, so I genuinely love when expats in Stuttgart contact me. It gives me the chance to speak a little, or a lot. I am very available for a lot.
Certifications and continuous learning
I am certified in the KonMari approach and the Clutterbug approach. I am also part of Inspired Organizer, an American network for professional organizers, where I follow what is happening in the organizing market in the United States.
Learning is very important to me. Not in a collecting-certificates-just-to-look-fancy way, but because homes, families and routines are always changing. And my work needs to stay alive too.
Great experience! Helped me organise and now my apartment feels much calmer.

How I can help
Decluttering
Decluttering is the base of every organizing project.
We look at what you own, what you use and what has been waiting for a decision for too long. You decide what stays. I keep the process clear, respectful and moving.
Home Organizing
For kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, entryways, basements, storage areas and all the corners that have quietly become complicated.
Kids’ Toys
I help you sort toys, create simple categories and set up places children can understand. Less toy chaos, more actual play.
Döstädning
Also known as Swedish Death Cleaning: we sort personal belongings with care and foresight. You decide what stays, what can be passed on and what is ready to leave.
Moving Support
Before a move, we decide what should not travel with you. After a move, I help you set up your new home so boxes do not become long term roommates.
Baby Room
I help you organize baby clothes, diapers, care products, feeding items, gifts and daily-use items so everything is easy to reach.
Gift Vouchers
Gift voucher for an organizing session of 3 hours or more.
Important: this only works if the person truly wants this support. Home organizing is personal, so please ask openly and respectfully first.
Basement and Storage Areas
For everything that was put away “for now” and has been quietly living there ever since. We sort what is useful, what can go and what deserves a proper place.
Practical Info and Price
I offer in home organizing sessions in Stuttgart, Schorndorf, Waiblingen and the Rems Murr area.
A session usually starts with 3 hours.
3 hours: 225 euros
Additional hour on the same day: 70 euros
Included:
7 days of WhatsApp support
Storage product recommendations when they truly make sense
Practical hands on support at your home
You do not need to buy boxes before our session. First we need to understand what stays. Otherwise we may simply organize clutter in pretty containers. And your home deserves better than that.
My partner is very pleased as well, since I used to claim 80% of our space before! Thank you Ciça!
